Currently, there is no way in Channex to pull past reservations and conversations. Doing so, would allow pulling historical data for better sync and onboarding experiences.

Message API endpoint to send a message to the host. Currently only to the guest is possible. The purpose of such a feature is for example on a guest app, you enable a chat where the guest can talk to you.

Type definitions for API
It would be very convenient to have type definitions (e.g. for Typescript) which includes all request and response types for the Channex Shopping API. This is crucial when developing own booking engine implementations in order to reduce invalid requests and to help understanding the exact types and cases that we have to implement (e.g. for facilities or cancellation policy types).
